Yes. According to Greek law, a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €8 per night applies and is not included in the accommodation rate. This fee must be paid separately, in cash, at the property no later than check-out.

Please note that the accommodation rate already includes: - Municipality Tax (0.5%) - VAT (13%) There are no other hidden charges.

We will gladly make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability at the time of your inquiry. Please note that rate differences may apply depending on the new dates selected.

- For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation cost applies. This corresponds to the non- refundable prepayment made at the time of booking. - For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged. - In case of a no-show, the cancellation policy applies in full, and the total reservation amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend that our guests arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering accommodation costs in case of unexpected cancellation.

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. If you need different times, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.

No, meals or breakfast are not provided. However, each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast, lunch, or dinner at your convenience.

In a few minutes’ drive, you can find excellent bakeries, cafés, and fine restaurants, so you can enjoy the island’s exceptional gastronomy.

No, shuttle service is not provided. The best possible way to get around in Sifnos is to rent a car. It allows you to easily visit the island’s beautiful beaches, traditional villages, and hidden gems.

Make sure you book your car rental in advance, if you are visiting Sifnos during peak season (July-August).

Yes, we offer private on-site parking with easy and direct access from the main road. Guests can park comfortably and free of charge throughout their stay, ensuring convenience and peace of mind from the moment they arrive.

Children of all ages are warmly welcome at Mandrokathisio. However, due to the architectural layout of the property and the proximity of the pool area, we kindly ask parents to exercise attentive supervision at all times to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.

Yes, pets are allowed under specific conditions and upon prior approval. To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please inform us in advance if you would like to travel with your pet, as only small, well-behaved pets are accepted. Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning, pets are not permitted in the pool area and should not be left unattended inside the apartment.
